Scalable Data Systems' Helpdesk

Scalable's Customer Support Centre provides online helpdesk and telephone hotline assistance whenever you need it. The Centre is permanently staffed by full-time, experienced consultants who in turn are supported by a team of technical and infrastructure specialists.

In addition, our Customer Portal is a convenient online environment that allows you to log new service requests; edit, manage and prioritise requests; and send files and messages to the Helpdesk.

For extra piece of mind we maintain a "snapshot" of your ERP system which enables us to speed up support in your own environment. It also allows us to pre test and troubleshoot service requests securely outside your production environment.

We expect a larger volume of helpdesk service requests with new implementations as staff gain expertise with the new ERP system, though every now and then we do hear from longer term customers. We're always happy to help our customers.
